Expanding housing in Redwood Falls was the vision when this project started and today we celebrate the placement of the first home on Reflection Prairie.
Where It Began
The City of Redwood Falls recognized a need for more housing within our growing and vibrant community. Because of this, many people and community groups worked together to establish goals that support this growth, including housing options for our expanding population. These options included plans for Reflection Prairie; a brand-new housing development in the southeast corner of Redwood Falls.
The ground breaking ceremony took place June 2, 2022. Since then, infrastructure has been installed and lots are ready for purchase.
Placement of the First Home on Reflection Prairie
We are ecstatic to welcome the first home on to the Reflection Prairie properties! The home was built by Northstar Systembuilt and placed on this property in beautiful Redwood Falls in the later part of July, 2024. This 3 bedroom 2 stall garage home is slated to be up for sale by the fall.
