Omarion Peart is no stranger to the restaurant industry. With an extensive background in cooking and restaurant work, he brings expertise and passion to the kitchen. Though Garcia is from Jamaica, Omarion is a local, born and raised in Springfield. The couple moved to Redwood Falls in 2024 with their children. For them, this isn’t just a business—it’s a way to contribute to and become part of a tight-knit, supportive community.
More Than Just a Bar & Lounge

The bar is open from Tuesday through Saturday, 11 AM to close, with the kitchen serving up delicious meals from 11 AM to 2 PM and again from 5 PM to 9 PM. On Sundays, the doors open from 11 AM to 5 PM, with the kitchen running all day. The lounge is closed on Mondays, ensuring the team has time to rest and prepare for another week of great service.
