Infrastructure Improvements Underway at Normandale Mobile Home Park Construction has begun on a major infrastructure upgrade at Normandale Mobile Home Park. The project includes new water and sanitary sewer lines, storm sewer, street reconstruction, and curb and gutter installation. The improvements are funded by a State grant secured by the property owner. All infrastructure is being constructed to municipal standards and will be turned over to the City upon completion. The project is expected to be completed by the end of the year. #whatsgoingup
